Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 days from the date of payment confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Note: While we strive for punctuality, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier authorities or postal norms.

If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help:

We offer returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange due to their unique nature.

Ensure the delivery address is accurate at checkout; we cannot redirect orders once dispatched.

Any shipping charges applied at the time of order are non-refundable in case of returns.

Every return undergoes a quality inspection. Replacements are typically delivered within 9 working days after approval.
